Aberdeen resident Djbril Ramatoulay, 32, has been arrested and charged in connection to the fatal Tuesday night shooting of Sebashton Charles Nocar at the fast food restaurant in Belcamp.
Deputies from the Harford County Sheriff's Office were called shortly after 10:30 p.m. on April 23 to the 1300 block of Riverside Parkway, where they found Nocar inside suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
The Bel Air teen was pronounced dead at the restaurant by first responders.
Detectives from the sheriff's office pulled out all the stops to identify Ramatoulay as a possible shooting suspect, and an arrest warrant was issued charging him with crimes related to the shooting.
No motive for the shooting has been released.
On Wednesday, detectives took Ramatoulay into custody without incident. Officials said that "while an arrest has been made, sheriff's detectives are continuing their investigation."
